International Saimoe League 2011 Heavenly Tiara winner have been decided! This year champion was Misaka Mikoto from Toaru Majutsu no Index. The final match was between her and Shana from Shakugan no Shana, with final vote 9208 vs 8052. It's quite thrilling though... And so, hands down to Mikoto as we're going to congratulate her for winning the Heavenly Tiara! Mikoto FTW! ^o^
